Can plus program visit visa

Hi I had a Canada visitors visa earlier, Bt when I applied for student visa twice they refused, it's been two years now, recently I visited USA, I have a valid us visa for 10 yrs, Bt i want to apply for Canada visitors visa under can plus, I even filled a questionaire and they only asked me to submit my passport photo and travel documents but I have a fear of rejection due to my student visa got rejected ,what are the chances of my application can anyone help

Hard to comment since you never mentioned anything about your profile.
It would be great if you've mentioned about your 2 refusal in the application at the Visa Officers checks this. Failure to mention can cause to a refusal.
It would make an impact if you have addressed the reason for refusal before deciding to apply again.
The key to getting a TRV is a valid purpose, strong ties (job, home, assets and family) and financial capability to travel.

My profile - single/never married, lives with my parents, working with Jet Airways ,but the problem is jet is not operating but still not closed, we are waiting for its resolutions process took complete. I have registered on ircc website and generated documents checklist for my visit visa in which they only ask me for my application forms, family info form my passport, travel history end photograph to upload and apply for visit visa, shall I go ahead and apply, will my study visa refusal effect my visit visa application...
