I just dropped out my 3rd semester because it was extremely difficult, So now I am taking a mix of courses from 3rd and 2nd semester in a different program.. I am just wondering that if I am part time which is 18 hours a week can this affect my PGWP...I really want a PGWP after studying here!.

Part time students don't qualify for the PGWP. See:

Hey thanks for the help..I think i am full time this semester, so this semester should not be an issue..I have another question..I just dropped a course in my 2nd semester and I took that course back-up again in summers and obviously for that one course i was part-time..I am just wondering that in summers as i was only a part time student will this effect my pgwp? or the visa officers would not care about my semester in summers?

Sorry! That's beyond the scope of my knowledge.

Since your situation seems complex, it may be worth your while to have a consultation with a good immigration consultant/lawyer.

Full time studies for immigration purposes is defined as 15 hours per week.

I am studying for 15 hours a week in this term which is fall, but in my summers I took a dropped course from winters and for the summers i was only part time 3 hours a week..The international people told me that this should not be an issue at all as i am just taking a dropped course out of my winter semester and usually the letter they give doesnt mention that at all...Please let me know rjessome if this can be an issue...I really want to get my PGWP :'(

It will be fine. The academic year is 8 months. Sad for you that you had to study during summer break!

Thanks alot rjessesome, Many people told me that i will not get a pgwp just because i studied during summer break, i was extremely depressed..And i think the letter that college gives you does not show your actual transcripts either..Hopefully this will not be an issue.
