How to obtain AOR?

application number will be sent to you on the AOR. the AOR is either emailed or mailed to you based on application answers (if no email was provided it gets mailed to the address). if your partner has signed in and linked the application, you can get the application number from GCKEY

Thanks alot for your reply, I have sent my documents in March 2018 & from that time i haven't received any email (Junk folder checked as well) but i found out application below status on "Sign in Partner" at my spouse ID and further information is not available there. I am not getting any email or mail at mentioned addresses in application & there is no way of tracking @ mail address.
Status: Medical instruction has been sent to me

you can call the call centre and see what is happening. you need to try and link your application
