I have several questions...i will appreciate your help on this :)

Can our step aunt be declared as a relative to help us with our federal skilled application? She is the sister of our stepfather.

I studied nursing just recently and do not have much experience yet, can i use my first course instead which has more points?

thank you for your reply :)

1. Not a blood relation.
2. No idea what you are asking.

If your NOC for the other course or field is still in demand than go for it. Didn't quite get abt not having enough exp., if you have atleast 1 years experience in any field and can score min 67 points than you are eligible to apply. Step aunt isn't a blood relation so i doubt that you can claim any points for that.

Canada will consider an application from your step-aunt as a relative if your step-aunt is an integral part of your family.

You will have to satisfy the immigration officer that your step-aunt is just like a very close relative to you. For example, did your step-aunt act in place of your biological mother? Have you cared for your step-aunt for many years?
