My friend applied to Wes to send our ECA Report to the Ontario Immigrant Nominee Program. He noticed that it was the last version (upgrade version) of his assessment that was sent to OINP. He worries that the one sent may not be the correct one. To be clear, his last upgrade with WES was a course-by-course version. But he also has a document-by-document version for the purpose of immigration, which he believes they should have sent to OINP. Now, I want you to advise me from your wealth of experience about Ontario INP and WES evaluation to know how to guide him. My questions are as follows. 1. Is he expected to upgrade from course-by-course back to document-by-document (even though he has initially done a document-by-document evaluation for immigration purposes with WES)? 2. Is the version sent to the Ontario immigrant nominee program in the right order, considering that he selected immigration purposes (while requesting that WES send it to the Ontario province) or do we need to send it again?
