If two married people are studying in Canada as international student at the same time, is one or both of them allowed to get Open work permit(OWP) to support the family? If one is studying the other one gets OWP, but what about when both are studying full time. I understand that as full time student it will be tough to study but what if the other person's primary purpose is to earn money but secondary purpose is to do higher education without having to wait for couple of years and he/she can manage both study and work together considering both are not very challenging.
Do anyone have experience or knowledge about this situation? I will be very thankful for your help.

Thanks, so a person have to either pick one from full time study or full time work at a time when they are coming as international student's spouse. And i think, after PR any person can do full time work as well as full time study, both together without any issues. Is this correct?
