Can not upload IMM5257

Help!

My IMM5257.pdf shows "Yes" in "Validated" box on top of the application form. However it can not be uploaded for validate error. I tried use IE to upload and also tried change fill name to "(IMM5257).pdf", "IMM5257.pdf" and "IMM5257E.pdf", it still doesn't work ! And I tried for couple weeks, including try to upload on Monday during business hours, I don't have time to try another Monday, help!


INFORMATION DISPLAY AS FOLLOWS:
Validation error: You have not completed the mandatory fields or you have not completed them correctly. Please make corrections where indicated.
•Error Description: The answers you provided previously in the question flow do not correspond with the values in the application form. Please modify your answers in the question flow or the values in the application form.

I get 5 days left for expired of the application. Please help!!!

Why do you keep changing the filename? Why do you wait till Monday? WHy during business hours?

The error specifies that the answers you gave during the generation of the checklist and application do not correspond with th answers you are providing in the application form. So the system is asking you to correct any of both.

I suggest going field by field on the checklist generation and compare it with the application form. It may be your passport number, your name spelling, etc. if this fails then generate a second checklist using as base the application form you have already filled and then try submitting.
 
True enough, just go over the fields, make sure your data are correct, that will always show up when there is something wrong with your inputs, once everything filled up correctly thats the only time you get the validated box marked as YES. You can do it in less than an hour if you just carefully and correctly place the right information asked
