Can not download FEE PAYMENT FROM from CIC web site

Hello , any one face the problem to download the FEE PAYMENT FROM from CIC web site? I'm unable to download "Fee Payment Form – Application for Permanent Residence – Federal Skilled Worker" this form.

What is the process?

You will need adobe on your computer to download it. So first install abobe and the download it.

I have adove. Every file can be downloaded but only this file can not. It says bad encript dictionary.

I am also facing this problem as the downloaded file cannot be opened; it says: "Bad Encrypt Dictionary"
Anyone pls help!
