Can my wife continue staying and working though I do not have a job and leave canada

Hi,

I am currently working in Canada with a closed work permit from my company. My wife came to Canada to accompany me as a dependent (Visitor visa), and later she got her open work permit. Now she is already working in Canada, so if my company asks me to come back to my own country because of any reason, can my wife stay here and work here as she has open work permit and valid visa.

Thank you in advance for any input, or Canadian website where we have related information.

She can stay as long as her visa is valid.
