Can my wife apply under 2172 if she doesn't has a computer degree?

My wife is working as a senior data analyst since past 2 years. She can apply under 2172 NOC but she doesn't has a formal computer education. She did her Masters and Bachelors in Geoinformatics.

Can she apply under 2172?

If not, then can she apply under 2113 NOC. She also has work ex as a GIS engineer.

If not, then can she apply under 2113 NOC. She also has work ex as a GIS engineer-I will strongly advise her to apply under NOC 2113 as this is very quiet as against 2172.
