I am currently on a Student visa in Quebec. And I was wondering if my husband gets a Spousal Open work permit, will he be able to work anywhere in Canada or just in Quebec?

The OWP is meant to reunite partners so not living together may cause issues in the future if you need to apply for another OWP.
