Can my husband contact the London VO?

My irish husband would like to know if there is anyone he can call or contact at the London VO because he says he hasn't heard anything yet. can he contact them personally or through an MP..?

When you received the sponsor approval e-mail/letter it would have detailed contact details for the visa office, however you are still well within the processing time so there is really no need to contact them just yet.

There is no point in contacting them right now and your husband shouldn't expect to hear anything for a few more months.

Your previous posts show that you received SA in mid September; the count for processing time only started when London received the app, which would have been closer to the end of September. This means that you are not even 2 months into London's posted processing time of 11 months.
