Hi,

My course will begin on September, and I have a study permit letter issued before Travel Restriction on March.
My original plan was to enter Canada with my family - my wife and kids (5 years old).

Can my family enter Canada with me?

I've read Travel restriction and I couldn't find any mention about international student's family.
Is there anybody entered Canada with family under the Travel Restriction?

Thank you

Does your spouse have a SOWP or TRV or travel exempt? Child has a TRV? No they would not be able to enter under the current limitations.

May be not.
My plan was getting Visitor Record for my wife and child on Border when we enter Canada.

So, they don't have anything except that they are my family.
Then, my family cannot enter Canada...?

Very hard to predict so far in advance but their travel would not be considered essential. There does seem to be some variability depending on who you encounter at the airport before boarding the plane and who they call to verify if you can board. For a land boarding still believe your child and spouse are not essential visitors. Things may change.
