I have an OWP, and im waiting for the first approval for my PR in September 2012.
I have a child that I dont see for more than 1y, the immigration advise me not leave the country (for the next 2y) until I get my PR.
I need to see my son, I am already 4y in Canada
Can someone tell me if I can bring him with my parents to visit me once I take the risk of not re-entry in Canada if I visit them?
The immigration also told me that Im not allowed to invite anyone if Im not a PR. What should I do?
Lots of TFW come with their kids and apparently Im not allowed to see my son here or in my country for the next 2y just cuz he didnt come with me when I first came to Canada in 2008 and also Im not a PR.
I was under the LCP, he could not come with me in this case.
