can invite sister during study

i am here in canada on study permit In 2nd semester .. i want to invite my sister on my birthday .. is it possible to invite her during studies if yes then how which documents i have to attach while applying from my side.

we are twins have birthday on same day it will increase chances of visa or not ...

and she is a teacher in a private school from last 3-4 year . her salary comes in bank from starting i will help her or not
