Can international students opt for a part-time course along with a full-time course in Canada?

I've been looking over at different options. And have enrolled in a 2 semester course in Canada. I am looking forward to making the best out of my time there. Is it possible to enroll for a part-time course alongside a full-time course?

How long is the second program?. Would be much better to do well in the one program.
