Well, the argument I think if I am receiving a job offer because my employer didn't find a local worker to performance that type of job.
Evidence? I do have Diploma for my position and real references. Also I do have strong ties in my home country, my own house, married with 3 children. I hope you can guide me what kind of arguments can help my application

I cannot advise you what to write. If you're looking for this kind of advice, you'll need to hire a lawyer. Generally having a job offer in Canada is not grounds for a TRP. I would recommend you review the information on the website below - specifically the assessment factors. This may help you to apply.

Why are you inadmissible?
I am inadmissible because by 2011 I was charged for domestic violence, the sentence was misdemeanor, 3 years probation and 2500 USD, for that crime or mistake in my life I have been deported from the US, I took classes for anger management, at that time I was by common-law partnership, by 2013 I get married with the same person living since 1999, we have 3 children 15 years old, 12, and my little one almost 2 , since 2011 we are living in Mexico, I live really happy with a lot of work, not stress at all, but the salary comparing 3rd world class country (Mexico) it is not the same as USA or Canada, I wont try to do anything illegal or stay illegally there.
By 2014 I think I complete 3 years probation and at the same year paid the fine of 2500 USD , sending that money from Mexico, I do have receipt from US court, I feel so desperate if I apply for rehabilitation, or try for work permit and TRP at this time, or if get approved go for rehabilitation.
I hope recommendations, or wait 5 more years, to complete for time rehabilitation.

Domestic violence is a serious crime. You would need very strong compelling circumstances that require you to come to Canada to overcome that. A job offer is not a compelling circumstance. You have very little chance of a TRP being approved.

Please give me your thoughts, or your point of view, I dont have any experience with immigration law, if you are on my shoes, what step you will do? or tell me what can help.

Ok, I am totally agreed with you, so whats better for me at this time? apply for rehabilitation? 5 years passed from my probation and the fine, or to wait for another 5 years to complete rehabilitation for time (10 years)
Or with very low chances go that job offer and the TRP, and if I get approved apply for rehabilitation?

Your crime is very serious, plus you were deported from the US. As scylla already advised, you should seek help from an immigration lawyer.

You should hire in immigration lawyer to assist you.

Your chances of approval are likely very low.

Also I asked if I dont apply for TRP and work permit at this time, if I apply for Rehabilitation? And wait for immigration response, if I get approved try to get another LMIA? Or wait 5 more years to complete 10? Or for my past I dont have good chances for rehabilitation neither?

As advised, contact a lawyer.

How a lawyer can helps? I dont know or I understand why a lawyer can helps if I dont have chances, do you have any sample of people with a case like mine or even worst , and with a lawyer everthing gets successful?

An experienced lawyer can advise you of what option, if any, works best for your situation.

No, a lawyer certainly doesn't make everything successful.

You seem to be getting all these job offered which is very unusual unless you are being scammed. Be careful who you are dealing with.
