Can I work full time?

Hi. I'll be finishing school in December before the winter break starts, but my transcript and diploma will be available on January. I know I can work full time on December, but how about on January? Can I still work full time while waiting for my transcript and diploma or back to 20 hours a week? and full time means 30 hours or 40 hours? I'm confused. My study permit is until March 2017.
