Can I withdraw my refugee case after getting accepted and get sponsored by my spouse ?

Hey I was just wondering if that even possible after my case got accepted ? just sick of waiting for my pr and then I have to wait for my citizenship. I really wanna visit my family back home

But isn’t the reason you applied for asylum was because your own country couldn’t protect you and now you want to go back to said country ?

No u can’t till u get your pr u can’t withdraw

I never said I wanna go back I want to visit my family

you can apply RTD to visit your family, but you will have to visit them somewhere else other than your home country
