Can I withdraw money during PR application?

Hi,

I applied my PR application through EE in October 2018 and still waiting for PPR.

I have a plan to buy a house this year.

One thing I am worried is that I wrote an whole amount of money in the application that I have in a bank account not minimum money which they require.

If I need to buy a house before I get a PR card, can I withdraw money from my bank account except the minimum balance that I need to support my family?

Or should I keep the balance as same as that I wrote in the application?

To be strictly correct, as long as the balance never drops below the minimum required for Express Entry, it should be alright.
