can i visit my husband after applying for my PR

Hellow everyone

I need to ask something in which m confused

I am from India and recently got married in feb2017
my husband is also from india but living in toronto from last 4 years. Now he is permanent resident thr.
i have already applied for my PR in this month and for sure it will tke minimum 8-9 months.
during this period can i visit my husband thr?
can i come on visiting visa or can i apply for visting visa if i already applied for PR ?

Yes - you can apply for a visitor visa. However it's impossible for any of us to say if it will be approved.
