Can I use the same employment documents when I withdraw and reapply for PR?

Made a NOC code mistake and will likely withdraw, and reapply for PR.
I already have the "previous employment docs" provided for my original PR application.
The dates on these docs are december,
Is it possible to reuse the same docs?
If not, can I change the date to a more recent one, or is that straight up fraud for changing the doc?
I can always ask my ex employers to re-send the docs but one of them was a massive pain in the ass due and I had to grovel to get any information of my duties in that previous job onto paper

Thanks in advance

Work experience letters don't expire. You only need to prove work experience for the number of years that you claim points for. If your 'old' letter covers that time period then there is no need to get a new letter. (I assume you are applying under Express Entry)

I applied with a three year old letter and my PR application was approved.

Sounds good, thanks. I'll just resubmit the work experience letters I was given in December. Thanks!
Edit: yep this is a CEC PR application through Express Entry. Already submitted my PR application on new years day, but the NOC code is wrong so I'll start over.
