IMM 5409 is the Statutory Declaration of Common-Law Union form.
My spouse and I filled an IMM 5409 in 2017, while still in Brazil.
Now we're in Canada applying for a new study permit, and they are asking for the IMM 5409 again. Can I send the same document from last year? If not, how can I get it signed by a notary here in Toronto? Do they accept a common-law union made in Brazil?
