Can I use Police Certs order than 6 months (non-residing countries)

Hi, I have requested police certificate of New Zealand dated in NOV 2019 and another police certificate of Malaysia dated in Nov 2017.

My overseas residing history of these two countries were:
the whole year of 2017 in New Zealand.
2012 to 2016 in Malaysia.

Fact: Both certificates are dated after I had permanently left the country. But I did travel back to Malaysia as a tourist every once in awhile. Got ITA sep 2020.
Question: Can I use these two certs to file my application?
