Hi, I have heard that no metal is allowed to be submitted alone with the application due to security reason. if this is true, that means even clips are not allowed.

then what do you guys use to separate the forms and doc.?

Thank you.

I arranged the forms in the order according to the checklist, and printed big bold letters on regular white sheets of printing paper, Group 1, Group 2, Group 3, up to Group 15 (look at the checklist) to separate them.

If there's only one page in a group, then I will put a few together...

Group 1-3

Contents:
- Generic Application Form (IM 0008)
- Additional Dependants (Not Applicable)
- Schedule A

If you can, make plastic color tabs for it too. You can get those tabs from most stationary stores. Stick them on your content pages. I don't think it's necessary, but it is a good way to separate them.

I tried to make it as neat and organized as possible, so they can find what they need ASAP. No staples allowed, but it did state you can use paper clip for your small things like photos or cheques.

Good luck!
