Hi Friends,
I'm a software engineer and I've 2 years of work experience. I roughly calculated my points using some online tool and it comes around 415. I noticed that there are 25 additional points for 3 years of experience. My question is should I start the PR process now or after I gain 3 years of experience(i.e. July 2018) which will give 25 additional points hence increasing the possibility of clearing cut-off?
Can I update my work experience after making express entry profile as it's valid for 1 yr?

Yes you can update it. No harm in that. Usually if that’s your current work, your points will be recalculated automatically in July 2018.

oh that's nice. Also, what if I switch the company after creating the express entry profile, do I have to verify it through WES?

No need for that. I never verified my work experience with WES, only my education.
