Hi, I had created EE profile and shown 1year of Indian Experience and 1 year of Canadian Experience.
I received ITA for PR with 466 points and the cut off was 440 points on Oct 15, 2018.

However, I don't want to include my Indian experience as I don't have a letter with roles and responsibilities. So, I want to move that to personal details which would bring my score to 440 points, which is still equal to the cutoff, but not less.

So, can I proceed with the application for PR or should decline the ITA and rejoin the pool by editing my profile.

Thanks in advance.

You may update it and explain in LOE why the change.

Although please note that 440 was the miminum CRS in this draw, so be aware of the tie-breaking rule (i.e. the date your EE profile was submitted to the pool). Tie-breaking rule in this draw was: September 18, 2018 at 11:06:29 UTC

One thing you need to understand first...
The cut-off in this round IS NOT just 440 points. It's determined by the applicant who has 440 who submitted EE profile before or on September 18, 2018 at 11:06:29 UTC.
Meaning: If you submitted your profile after this date, and you fall at 440 after your changes, you will probably be rejected, as officer will note that "applicant has fallen below the round cut-off". At least that's my understanding of the system.
