Can I travel with a few replica shoes and bags to Canada?

Please help I am immigranting to Canada and I want to take a few of my replica shoes and bags. I got them to see if I like them enough to invest in the real ones. Still, I don't want to give them up but hearing conflicting information on whether my baggage will be checked. Even if my baggage is checked, how will the know if something is a really good replica of the real deal?
