Can i travel to Canada while my passport and visa expiring in septemeber

I m planning holiday trip in ist week of July 2019.. My trv visa expiring one day before expiration of my passport.. E.g passport expiring on 25 September and visa expiring on 24 September..
Either I can travel to Canada for 2 weeks?
Should I make new passport for travel?
Is there any need of trv renewal?
