Read here basically I read that if were not already previously in Canada with the permit you need to have a job to go to under current rules as anything else could be considered non essential travel

How about the Dependents. My Wife and Son planning to travel on Oct 1st week and She is having Dependent Open work Permit and My son is having student permit.

They currently don’t qualify to travel unless they have special permission. If your wife has a valid job offer that can be confirmed she doesn’t need special authorization. Your son still does.

Do have a confirmed job that you will be joining upon arrival to Canada after quarantine? You will need to provide proof like a current letter from your employer Confirming that your job is still available.
