Dear friends. I need your help. I'm currently under medical surveillance and have completed all the required tests, but the final results won't be ready until May. I need to leave Canada for a week in April. If I email IRCC to inform them about my travel plans as instructed, will I face any issues or be denied entry by CBSA when I return? Thanks so much, and wish you all the best!

Contact CBSA before you go.

Contact CBSA before you go.
I don't think I can contact the CBSA directly. However, I found the following instructions in a previous email from IRCC:

'If you leave the country before completing your medical surveillance requirement and return at a later date please: inform us and provide your address/telephone/email where you will be residing by emailing IRCC.MHBSurveillance-SurveillanceDGMS.IRCC@cic.gc.ca and remember to include your full name and unique client identifier (UCI) number. You may also directly respond to this email with your information.'

A little late at this point but you may have to start the medical surveillance again because you risk exposure again. Always up to public health. Not being honest is the worst thing to do.
