Can i travel and quarantine in a province different from where my school is?

You can quarantine in Toronto first but you will have to quarantine again in Nova Scotia as the 4 Atlantic provinces have their own bubble. This applies to anyone, even Canadians going to those provinces. So you would have to do a month of quarantine.
