Can I travel abroad after I submitted my PR application

hi

I submitted my online PR application last week. I am planning on traveling to Bali-Indonesia in August.
Even though there is no Visa Requirement for Indians I would get an immigration stamp on my passport, an additional stamp on the passport.
Would this be an issue in future? My current passport would have more stamps than what I sent to CIC for the application.

no issues. As there will be date on the stamp on the passport by air port officer and even for the short stay , police clearance is not required.
