Can i transfer money to someone in Nigeria to help me pay my processing fee

Please can anyone help out with this question . Can i transfer money to a friend in Nigeria to help me pay my processing fee to cic since the new cbn rule states that only a minimum of $1000 dollars can be transferred online through my debit master card except if I have a dollar master card do anyone has a solution to this question.
Please anyone I need your help on this matter asap please

And you really think you would get someone to offer to help you out here? It's probably better if you discuss your issues and ask how it can be solved. So many people have paid with Nigerian debit mastercards (myself included)
