Planning to get visa for my spouse with me and take her later after 2 months once i got job there..Is it possible and is there any time frame that my spouse should land there once she got visa with me ??
Can i take my spouse later though got PR with me ??

Your question is not clear.
1) are you going to Canada to land as a Permanent Resident?
2) if the answer is yes to 1) is your spouse included in your application as a dependent?
3) if the answer is yes to 2) is she accompanying or non-accompanying?
4) if the answer is "accompanying" to 3) has she been issued a COPR document?
5) if the answer is yes to 4) then she must "land" by the expiry date on the COPR document.
