which country do you allowed for the immigration???????

Depends what you have to offer, if you have:
Education
Valuable Work experience
$10,000
You can immigrate as skilled worker

If you have $200,000 then you can immigrate as an entrepreneur

If you have nothing take a boat land at the border as ask for refugee status

Its pretty much in a nutshell
