Yes you can. However, you must notify CIC immediately, so that the application can be updated.
If she is the principal applicant, you will be removed from her application and you will no longer be eligible for PR on it.

We can answer your questions better if we have more details.
1) What sort of immigration application has been submitted?
2) Who is the principal applicant?
3) Where are you both now?
4) How long have you been married?
5) If you divorce or separate, do you both still want to immigrate to Canada?
6) Are you individually eligible for immigration on your own merits?
7) Is one of you already a PR or Canadian citizen?

OK, if she is the principal applicant, she must remove you from her application if you are divorced or legally separated. If she doesn't remove you from the application, this will be misrepresentation and she could lose her PR, if it is granted.

You will not be able to immigrate unless you can do so without any involvement from her.

Can your friend sponsor you separately as individuals?
Does your spouse still qualify when you are removed from her application?

This may be time to be talking to a professional immigration lawyer to work out what options you have.

What kind of immigration program is this???????
I'm assuming, considering the section of the forum that this thread is in, that this is a PNP of some sort. I suspect that the word "sponsored" may not be exactly correct.
