Can I submit TOFEL as a language test proof for CEC class?

I am new to this forum. I would like to know about designated language tests for CEC class.
Is it possible to submit TOFEL language proof?

I have gone through CIC site but they mentioned CELPIP, IELTS and TEF.

Finally, I booked IELTS exam because CELPIP is new and can’t trust on that institute because I contacted them to get information about band and other details even though their representative doesn’t know about more details & said that they don't have info for public then what they have

You can do the TEF and list your first language as french - you can go to any province with french (not just Quebec).

If you buy the online training material, there you have all the information. I don't understand your statement that you cant trust the institute, end of the day its the same 4 sections (speaking, reading, writing and listening), no big deal. Many of us have cleared the same exam.
