I am applying for study permit in Canada. Currently I have not given IELTS exam. The exam is scheduled for 23rd April, and the result will probably be available by May first week. Can I submit my application with all the documents for the visa processing, then provide the IELTS exam results later once it's available? Or it is mandatory to provide exam results while submitting the application and can't be deferred to a later time?
Or is it possible to file two applications for study permit at a time, one in the general stream and one in the student express stream later once the IELTS results are available? I have the classes starting in September, so what is the safest option to take?

If you want to apply through SDS, you need to include IELTS with your original application. You can't send it later.

If you want to apply without IELTS, then you need to apply under the General stream.

Don't submit two applications. Either apply via SDS once you have your IELTS results or apply under the General stream.
