Hello there! I am an international student who is going to be graduated in this December, and I will most likely get a letter that says I finished my degree in December. I am interested in applying CSQ after graduating from school, but I am also planning to visit my home country and other countries for a few months after school as a graduation trip. I was wondering if I could apply CSQ from abroad. If so, how do I fill out this question from the application form. Thanks!
