Can I submit CEC profile just after 11 months of job experience?

Hello,

I have question regarding CEC application.

I have given my IELTS and I have completed 11 months and 7 days at my current job (1 year will be after 16 March). So, question is can I submit my CEC profile?
If I get ITA before 16 March then do I need to decline that ?

Yes, if the system allows you.

The system follows MM/YY format not the DD/MM/YY so I believe that you will be able to enter the pool.

However, if you get the ITA you're supposed to submit the documents post March 16 only.
