My student permit seems wont make it.
So can i apply tourist visa first then when my study permit approved
I will re enter and change my visa?

you can only study upto 6 months on visitor visa but would think it unlikely a college would support that option for any course that is greater than 6 months from the outset. Plus of course unlike a study permit you cannot work at all on a visitor visa .I guess you can ask the college about this scenario but what will you do having paid the fees if you do not get the study permit, doubt will be any refund once the course has started.

If not, what makes you think your tourist visa will be approved faster?

And these conflicting applications will probably weaken your case further
 
I dont have tourist visa!
I dont know what to do now.
My plans just messed up.
I supposed to resign from my full time job now and prepare my leaving.
I have responsible at my full time job and now i have to finish a new task!
Im so upset with everything..
