Can i stay in Canada to wait for Approval of PR Application?

I am waiting for PR since 2009 (Parent sponsorship). As i know, all documents were sent to Singapore visa office and sleeps there in last 3 years.
Now i travel to Canada and stay with my daughter (she has Citizenship) with Multiple visa.
I wonder if i could suggest CIC in Canada to take care of my application instead of Singapore visa office.
OR at least i can extend my visior visa till the day i receive my PR (2 years...)
because all my daughters live in Canada, i dont have any relative left in VN.

No - they won't move your file to Canada. It must remain with Singapore.

You can try but you have no argument.


Why don't you apply for a parent supervisa? I think that is your best option.
