I was a student, got PGWP for 1 year, will have work experience 1 year by Dec and can score enough points to get PR. But I have my visa/pgwp till Jan 2019. Can I stay after and work after applying for pr (without LMIA)? If yes - which documents should I have? Or I have to leave Canada and wait for PR approvement in my home country? Or can I just change my status to visitor and live and wait here?
Thanks for any recomendations!
