I realised later on in the process that I submited some wrong docs and didnt want to take a risk and wait any longer..will definitely hire a lawyer this time

This doesn't make sense. You can't have a CEC application that is also PNP.

If you applied under Express Entry and then withdrew the application, you need to wait until you get a new ITA before you can reapply.

I already applied and check documents with the lawyer. But one document wasnt right as I found out later on, so I withdraw my application 2 days ago. I am wondering should I wait for some specific email from ircc

I want to start new PNP tech because I am eligible for that as a graphic designer.
