My parents were denied for their refugee claim and they went to their homeland afterwards. My question is, can I sponsor them eventhough they had a history of refugee claim here in Canada? Some of my friends are telling me that I have to apply for "authorize to return" , I don't know what it is and how it works. Pls guide me, otherwise, I will aplly for their sponsorship once the sponsorship process would re-open. Many thnaks.
