can I sponsor my sibling if I am showing accompnying spouse and kids

Hi,
I am showing my spouse and kids as non-accompanying in my application. I wanted to know if I can sponsor my sibling with non-accompanying family shown in my application.

I know the rule if to be able to sponsor ONE relative, so not sure if that's possible.

You can't. In order to sponsor an adult sibling, you'd need to be single without children, and without any parents alive who take priority sponsorship wise.
