If I sponsor my parents to Canada would my sisters under 18 will get PR as well or not ??

If she is a dependent of your parents (unmarried, is dependent on their support), then yes.

Thanks for your reply . And yes they are not married and also dependents of my parents

Doesn't matter if she's dependent on them, as long as she's age 21 and under and not married/common-law, she can be included in parents app.

Of course to first sponsor your parents, you must meet 3 years income requirement AND be selected in January lottery.

Is there any rule that I should be all alone in Canada if I want to sponsor my parents ? Becuase I a married and my son is Canadian citizen me and my husband are Canadian PR . Si can I still apply for my parents sponsorship ?

No - there is no such rule for parents.

Did you check the income requirements? Sounds like you have family size of you + spouse + child + 2 parents + 1 dependent = 6 people. This will require you and your husband's combined Canadian income of:
2017 $76,015
2016 $75,174
2015 $73,733

Or maybe more sisters under age 21? Your original post is not clear. If so family size and income required would be higher.

Thank you for your reply , but if I am not working only my husband is working and he is earning more than this then can I still sponsor my parents ?? And secondly we moved to Canada 1 year back before that we were in France so can he show his previous 2 salary slips of France ? Or it should be 3 year Canadian income salary ?

No. It must be 3 years income earned while living in Canada. Only Canada Revenue Agency tax returns are accepted as proof of income. Foreign tax slips will not even be looked at.

So it sounds like you won't qualify for several more years, until you have 3 years of Canadian tax returns meeting LICO amount.

Note if any of your siblings turn 22 years old before you qualify to sponsor parents and win a lottery spot, they will no longer be able to be included in parents application.
