My father studied in Florida as an immigrant and applied to Canada (Quebec) and settled there with me and my mom when I was 1 and a half years old. 2 of my brothers were born in Canada and 1 in the US. We moved to Otawa when I was five and my father is currently working as a software computer engineer in revenue Canada my mother is a babysitter. My parents want to sponsor my cousin she's undder 18 not married but her parents are still alive. Can we?

If not can we sponsor her entire family? She has 3 elder brothers all over the age of 18 1 a bank manager another with an engineering degree but currently studying to becom a CSS and a last one who's studying engineering? Bother parents are still alive.

We're originally from Pakistan and that's where cousin lives

The only way you can sponsor your cousin is through the Nominee Program, the cousin in turn will then have to sponsor her family(once she gets her PR)

You can not sponsor your cousin and your parents can sponsor their niece only if she is an orphan and under 18 or if they live in Alberta, Manitoba or Saskatchewan under the provincial nominee program, family stream.

What your family can do to try to help them immigrate is to try to get them job offers so some of them can apply under the skilled worker program. They will get extra points for having an aunt/uncle in Canada. If some of them get to Canada, they can move to one of the before-mentioned provinces where the PNP allows family stream and sponsor their other siblings from there after they have lived there for 1-2 years.
