Do you have any family living in Canada? Or any parents living anywhere in the world?

If so, the answer is no.

no famiy just me in Canada , and my family is in india

Do you have a spouse or common law partner?
Do you have children?
Do you have family in Canada who are citizens or PRs?

If the answer to any of the above questions is yes - then unfortunately you can't sponsor your brother through family class.

Note that I am assuming your brother is an adult.

You can only sponsor your brother if you are single, not married and alone with no known relatives in Canada and your parents are not alive.

It's not just family in India. If you have a spouse or children (not matter where they are) then you can't sponsor your brother.
